Join the team at a FE College as a Business Lecturer! This role is based in an Ofsted rated GOOD college that is known for its positive and bustling atmosphere. Are you passionate about educating apprentices, school leavers, and mature students? Do you possess the skills to create engaging lessons and nurture a supportive learning environment? Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and delivering high-quality educational programmes in Business.
  • Providing support and guidance to students and addressing challenges (there are opportunities to become an Assessor too).
  • Integrating industry experience into teaching to offer practical insights.
  • Promoting College values and adhering to safeguarding policies.
  • Engaging in continuous professional development opportunities.

Requirements (Skills / Qualifications / Experience):

  • Holds a relevant Degree in Business.
  • Preferable holds a Teaching Qualification.
  • Valuable experience in teaching or relevant industry expertise.
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine enthusiasm for education.
  • Commitment to promoting student welfare and fostering inclusivity.
