Set up in 2020 by a qualified teacher and cheesy recruiter, Thrive Education recognised the need for a new supply teaching agency in Gloucestershire that could provide a superior service to those agencies already working within the region.
Our vision was to deliver a simple, transparent and fair staffing solution to schools and teachers alike. We recognised how crucial it was to take the time to talk to schools in a detailed way in order to gain a proper understanding of each settings unique characteristics, values, challenges, priorities and needs.
