We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Administrator to join our clients dynamic and supportive System Support Section within the Integrated Brokerage team.

About the Role:

Integrated Brokerage is responsible for sourcing Adult Social Care services from external care providers in Gloucestershire and beyond. Working closely with other teams and partner organizations, we monitor, pay for, and manage the care provider market to ensure availability and sustainability for the future.

In this role, based at Shire Hall, Gloucester, you will provide administrative support to contract and senior managers. Key tasks include managing the queries inbox, maintaining provider information, and utilizing various IT systems, particularly Microsoft Excel. Collaboration with the wider Brokerage team and Adult Social Care colleagues is essential to investigate and resolve queries efficiently.

Note: Occasional weekend working (from home) may be required to support hospital discharge processes or urgent situations. This comes with time off in lieu and enhanced pay rates.

About You:

  • Strong IT Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other online systems.
  • Organized and Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage shared mailboxes and worktrays, ensuring timely responses and follow-ups.
  • Effective Communicator: Confident in both written and verbal communication, adapting to different stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Proactive approach to handling queries and data management.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience with financial processes and handling sensitive records.
