in meeting key strategic and operational workforce objectives. You will provide leadership, management and ongoing development to the People Advisory Team ensuring it provides a professional, effective HR first level HR service to the organisation. Work is carried out within departmental guidelines with accountability to the Director of People & OD. The team manages sensitive and highly complex employee relations casework, providing support and guidance with sensitive and challenging issues relating to all staff. You will also have the opportunity under take business partnering activities.
