A brand-new opportunity to join the UK’s leading supplier within their sector working from the stylish and modern headquarters based in Quedgeley, Gloucester.

Due to continued success and growth, our client is recruiting for a Part-Time HR Coordinator to join the team on permanent basis. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the Operations Manager in an evolving role, bringing ideas and recommendations to support the HR function of the business.

The ideal candidate will be engaging and motivating to ensure a healthy and supportive work environment to all employees.

Responsibilities:

- Assist with general HR enquiries via email or face to face

- Complete on-boarding process for new starters

- Conduct 1-1’s, performance reviews and issue appropriate paperwork

- Assist with recruitment, including preparation of adverts, offer letters and employment contracts

- Manage training requirements keeping up to date with policy and procedure changes

- Offer training and development options for employees seeking training

- Oversee work Health and Safety matters

- Any other office duties to support the management team as required

Candidate Attributes:

- Previous HR experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to treat confidential information with discretion

- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

Hours: 3 days per week

Salary: up to £30k pro rata + excellent benefits + great working environment including a breakout room with a pool table and fully stocked fridge with drinks and snacks
