Our excellent client in Gloucestershire is looking for an individual with HR experience to join their team on an on ongoing temporary/contract basis. The ideal individual would be able to start at relatively short notice following a successful interview.
A HR related qualification is not essential, however, previous working HR experience will be key for this role, as you will be expected to get stuck straight in, with the support of a Head of HR, plus general team support with administration.
Duties
- HR administration
- Employee relations cases.
- General recruitment and retention support.
- Equality, diversity and inclusion.
- Disciplinary and grievance cases.
- Employee welfare, support and engagement.
- Learning and development.
- Policies, procedures and working practices.
- Communication with external recruitment agencies.
Key Attributes
- Previous HR experience either at Coordinator or Advisor level.
- Excellent communicator.
- Proactive, self-starter.
- Ability to manage a varied workload.
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday based on site.
