The Role

As an experienced and dynamic Head of HR you will lead the people strategy, drive employee engagement, and support an ambitious growth agenda whilst helping to foster a high-performance culture ensuring people thrive in a supportive environment. This key leadership role will oversee all aspects of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, policies, payroll, and learning & development. Working closely with the Senior Leadership Team to shape the employee experience key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and implement a People Strategy aligned with business needs
  • Manage recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide expert advice on HR policies, employment law, and talent development
  • Lead HR projects and ensure compliance with regulations

The Candidate

  • CIPD qualified or equivalent with a proven track record in HR leadership
  • Passionate about employee engagement and driving continuous improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels
  • Experience managing change and delivering HR solutions in a growing business
