Henlee Resourcing is proud to partner with a leading FMCG business in Gloucester, to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for an initial 6-12-month contract.
With an increased workload, this role offers the opportunity to join a small but highly efficient HR team, taking on a broad range of generalist HR responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading on employee relations case management
- Providing HR policy guidance and coaching to managers and staff
- Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
- Championing equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handling confidential HR administration and payroll data
- Managing employee records and HR system queries
- Overseeing performance management and PDP processes
- Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures
- Assisting with HR-related projects as required
What We're Looking For:
- Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case management experience
- Previous experience in an SME environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
- Organised and self-motivated with high attention to detail
- Strong communication, IT, and customer service skills
