Henlee Resourcing is proud to partner with a leading FMCG business in Gloucester, to recruit an experienced HR Advisor for an initial 6-12-month contract.

With an increased workload, this role offers the opportunity to join a small but highly efficient HR team, taking on a broad range of generalist HR responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading on employee relations case management
  • Providing HR policy guidance and coaching to managers and staff
  • Managing recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Championing equality, diversity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Handling confidential HR administration and payroll data
  • Managing employee records and HR system queries
  • Overseeing performance management and PDP processes
  • Supporting the development of HR policies and procedures
  • Assisting with HR-related projects as required

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and case management experience
  • Previous experience in an SME environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Organised and self-motivated with high attention to detail
  • Strong communication, IT, and customer service skills
