HR Advisor (Hybrid) needed in Gloucester, £20.31ph PAYE - Reference: 5259836
HR/OD adviser within our Employee Relations team, you will ideally have demonstrable and significant experience in the organisational change sphere including large scale organisational change, TUPE, complex contractual change and redundancies.
This is a hybrid role with 2 days a week expected at the office.
- Providing expert advice and guidance in relation to employee relations issues.
- Supporting change processes as the HR expert which may include drafting letters, documents, communications etc.
- Supporting managers with the development of the case for change, consultation documents, union liaison etc.
This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
