We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic HR or L&D graduate (or equivalent) to apply what they have learned in their studies into the live environment. You will run regular inductions for new employees focusing on role specific knowledge, skills and processes whilst engendering a culture of high performance and continual improvement. You will also be required to support change initiatives with insight on current products, systems and processes and delivering training and/or coaching interventions ensuring successful change initiatives. You will be continually supported to ensure you make that leap from what you learned into your own career development with a minimum 12-week personal induction plan, monthly reviews and training observations to give you the confidence to make this your career.???????Requirements
- Persuasive and enthusiastic communicator
- HR or L&D degree or equivalent
- Ability to challenge processes and provide insight into how changes impact people and performance
- Confident presenting to individuals and groups
- Ability to interpret the most suitable training or coaching initiative even when working with incomplete data, knowing that changes or updates may need to be implemented
- Flexibility, adaptability and the ability to work well under pressure
- Excellent organisation and prioritisation skills and the ability to manage own workload
- Attention to detail and ability to work on own initiative
Responsibilities
- To deliver first class new recruits back to their teams ensuring they add value from their first client interaction through demonstration of their product, system and process knowledge and ability
- To support management when knowledge, systems or sales underperformance has been identified through coaching to improve performance
- Act as a reference point for change initiatives on how changes will impact people and processes and support the implementation of changes through the appropriate training or coaching initiative
- Design, create and keep training material, including e-learning modules up to date
- Collate and report on training
- Take responsibility for own personal development in terms of understanding the business, regulation, and the insurance industry, acting in accordance with current regulatory procedures, keeping up to date with any changes and sharing this knowledge with colleagues
- Comply with data protection policy and in particular the obligation to keep all data safe, asking for clarification on any point that is not understood
