We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Intern to join our client's team on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract. Based in the Aviation Sector our client offers a vastly diverse and exciting environment to work in!About the Role:This internship offers a unique chance to work closely with our HR Business Partner team, gaining practical skills and contributing to meaningful projects in a supportive, learning-focused environment. You'll play a key role in day-to-day HR operations while being involved in various projects aimed at improving and developing HR processes.Key Responsibilities:*Act as a key point of contact for employee queries, ensuring efficient direction of enquiries.*Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including managing offer checklists and visa documentation.*Perform data entry and maintain accurate employee records and reports.*Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.*Support HR Business Partners with annual HR programs (e.g., PDR, talent reviews).*Assist with Employee Relations cases, including note-taking and scheduling investigation meetings.*Provide administrative support to the HR team, such as taking meeting minutes and supporting health & wellbeing initiatives.*Help organize and support HR events like career fairs and Diversity & Inclusion activities.Projects:Lead or contribute to HR improvement projects, new developments, and value-added activities.What We're Looking For:Essential:*A degree (2:2 or above).*A passion for HR with a keen interest in employment law.*Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and reports.*Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.*A proactive attitude, creative mindset, and a strong willingness to learn.*A strong understanding of confidentiality and compliance.*Meticulous attention to detail.*Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Desirable:*Currently studying for HR qualifications (HRM, CIPD level 3).If you're ready to kickstart your HR career and gain real-world experience in a dynamic environment, apply now!
