We are seeking a dedicated HR Officer for a 3-month fixed-term contract (FTC) role for our global leading client, based in Gloucester. The ideal candidate should have a firm grasp of HR admin practices, with an interest in or exposure to a Human Resources setting.

Description
- Assist with day-to-day operations within HR
- Provide a first point of contact to general employee enquiries.
- Preparation of documentation and data entry of the employee lifecycle, including processing new starters, leavers and contractual changes
- Maintain HR Database
- Raise meeting invite and outcome letters for absence reviews, disciplinaries and grievances
- Notetaking for meetings if required.
- Update Employee Tracker with all relevant information regarding starters and leavers
- Ensure the relevant systems are up to date with employee information and the correct documents, paperwork and policies are being used.
Profile
A successful HR Officer should have:
- A CIPD/degree in Human Resources or related field (desirable, not essential).
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or other HR position.
- Able to handle information sensitively and confidentially.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
