Hunt4 is looking for a Helpdesk administrator to join our client in Gloucester.
The successful candidate will join an experienced team for a varied and challenging permanent role.
Key Responsibilities;
- Compiling Accurate and Detailed Quotations
- Handling incoming customer enquiries
- Delivery & Installation Coordination and administration
- Sales order processing,
- After Sales Support
- General office duties
Candidate Atributes;
- Previous Administration Experience
- Good Planning and Organisational Skills
- Customer Service Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Good Attention to Detail
- Problem solving & Research Skills.
- Self-motivated and Flexible
Hours:Monday to Thurs 8.30am to 5.30pm, Friday 8:30am to 4:00pm
(Working hrs 38.5, Paid 40 hours)
Salary:22 - 25k per annum DOE
Plus Discretionary Profit Related Bonus.
