Brand new and exciting opportunity to join the team of an advanced, leading technology company based in Quedgeley, Gloucester. Our client is currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable individual to join them as Project Manager! This is a full-time, permanent and office-based position based within their bright and spacious, recently refurbished offices.

The company has experienced a large amount of growth in recent times, and they anticipate even more! You will form an important and integral part of the business at an exciting time within the company’s history. Full training provided.

Responsibilities:

-Be the first point of contact for technical issues, managing troubleshooting and ensuring fast solutions

-Managing Onboarding & Offboarding by facilitating a seamless IT setup for new starters

-Support employees with technology issues, hardware & software upgrades and office

equipment replacement

-Maintain IT documentation - track tasks through a ticketing system and develop internal user guides and troubleshooting documents

-Collaborate in additional projects and tasks as directed by the IT Manager

- Contribute to smooth daily operations

Candidate Attributes:

-Enthusiastic about the IT industry and keen to expand skillset in this area

-Forward-thinking team player with a proactive attitude

-Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook

-Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

-Strong time management and organisational skills

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm

Salary: £24k - £30k per annum, depending on experience + pension scheme enrolment after a successful probation period and a day off for your birthday
