What We're Looking For:

  • Experience providing 1st and 2nd line IT support—you're comfortable being the go-to person for tech challenges.
  • A solid understanding of various hardware, software vendors, and platforms. Variety is your friend!
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure and Office 365—your cloud and collaboration toolkit.
  • Bonus points if you’ve had exposure to Oracle, SQL databases, or Crystal Reports (but don't worry, they're not essential).
