Head of IT
My client, a Gloucester based company, is currently looking for Head of IT to join their team! Within the role you will act as the bridge between the IT Director and the other IT team members. You will be responsible for management of the day-to-day IT Operations, including service delivery, IT strategy and the overall maintenance of IT infrastructure.
This role would allow you to work for the one of the leading companies within its sector, that focuses on continual improvement and collaboration.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and implement the company's IT strategy in correlation with its goals and movement
- Management and mentoring of a small team
- Deliver IT services within a Microsoft and ITIL environment
- IT Infrastructure Management across the business
- IT Budget management
- Management of relationships with 3rd parties
- Service Desk Management of multiple offices across the UK
Skills and requirements:
- Achieving Cyber essentials
- ERP Systems
- Networking fundamentals
- Windows Server
- O365
- Azure
- Intune
- VLANs
- At least 4-5 years of experience within a similar management/ Head of IT role
