Job Summary:The IT Project Engineer will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalising IT projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure all project documentation is complete, accurate, and up-to-date.
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Engineer or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and software development.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
