- Lead a variety of projects across the organisation, ranging from small tactical initiatives to large-scale strategic programmes.
- Manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning and initiation through to execution and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear timelines, deliverables, and KPIs.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring spending aligns with approved financial plans.
- Allocate resources efficiently, balancing project demands with team capacity.
- Demonstrated experience managing IT projects end-to-end, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid approaches.
- Understanding of IT systems, software development processes, or infrastructure projects.
- Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, MS Project, or Trello.
- History of leading cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Strong people management skills, including mentoring and motivating team members.
- Day rate up to £350 per day
- 6 month contract likely to extend
- Hybrid working 2 days on site in Gloucester
