Information Security Manager

An international business based in Bath is searching for an articulate Information Security Assistant Manager to join the team on a 12-month fixed term contract. The business encompasses flexibility so you are able to work from home up to 4 days per week.

In this business-critical role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all systems are secure and robust. This brand-new project will manage the delivery of a modern cloud-based platform for exchanging operational risk data. Supporting the Security Manager, you will ensure alignment with infosec policy as well as building and enhancing stakeholder relationships. You will support assurance and customer onboarding as well as providing subject matter information security expertise to facilitate improvement programmes and risk management.                

In order to be suitable for this position you will have solid awareness of infosec security, risk and control frameworks such as ISO 27001. You will hold experience of securing application in a public cloud environment as well as knowledge of the latest trends in information security and risk management. Excellent relationship management and communication skills will be a pre-requisite for this position. Professional security qualifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA will be highly advantageous to your application.
