IT Support Assistant - GloucesterMust have own transport

The Role of an IT Support AssistantReporting to the IT Manager you will be providing help desk support to employees. You will also liaise with third-party providers and work closely with the IT Manager to ensure smooth IT operations. The role is varied in supporting the team and 2nd line support problems can be escalated to a third party.

Key Responsibilities as an IT Support Administrator:

  • Setting up computers for new starters
  • Troubleshooting IT issues, both face-to-face and over the phone
  • Assisting with IT projects
  • Ordering and managing IT stock
  • Occasionally visiting other locations (must have own transport)

Key Skills & Experience as an IT Support Administrator

  • Previous help desk experience essential
