Role: Application Change Analyst aka Software Change Analyst, IT Change management Analyst, Change control Analyst, Business Systems change Analyst, Systems Analyst, Systems Change Analyst
Location: the role will be hybrid – 2 days a week in the office, either in Cardiff or Gloucester.

What you will bring to the table:Â
You will have experience working in an application or Software Analyst related position, focussing on change and how this effects the needs and results of the business. You must be able to communicate with both technical and non-technical individuals, and with stakeholders at various levels. You will have experience documenting and assessing requirements, ensuring business needs are met through application and software change. Experience working in an Agile environment would be great, together with a preference for experience working in the insurance industry. You will have a good understanding of IT change. Any experience working with Insurance systems such as Acturis, SSP or Aquarium would be great, but is not essential.
