Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end-user support across a range of Windows environments
- Troubleshoot and resolve network issues and support network infrastructure
- Assist with cloud migration projects and ongoing cloud infrastructure management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless IT operations
- Maintain and update IT documentation and user guides
Requirements:
- Proven experience in IT support, ideally within Windows environments
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols and infrastructure
- Experience with cloud migration projects (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work 4 days on-site in Gloucester and 1 day remotely
