BJ112 - Junior CAD TechnicianLocation: Innsworth, GloucesterSalary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on Experience)Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9am - 5pm)Overview:First Military Recruitment are currently supporting one of our established and expanding HVAC clients within Gloucestershire in their search for an enthusiastic Junior CAD Technician.As a Junior CAD Technician, you will be reporting to the company technical director and responsible for the creation and modification of project-related CAD drawings.Duties and Responsibilities:
- Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Ability to self manage workload, work independently & meet strict client deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for technical design
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings accurately.
- Excellent communication and collaborative working skills
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent in Building Services, Engineering, or Construction (Desirable)
- Experience of using AutoCAD to produce technical documentation is essential
- Experience using Autodesk Revit
- Knowledge of smoke ventilation systems and documentation is desirable, but not essential
