Salary: £15.10 - £16.10 per hour

Responsibilities:As a Mechanical Fitter, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that assemblies are manufactured accurately and on time. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Fitting and assembling machine parts according to engineering drawings.
- Utilising hand tools and power tools to fit components.
- Operating drilling and deburring tools safely.
- Ensuring all torque requirements are met and documented.
- Installing pneumatic and water circuits using copper or plastic pipework.
- Preparing machines for painting and despatch.
- Travelling overseas for machine installations as needed.
- Adhering to safe working practises and promptly reporting any issues.
- Participating in process improvement initiatives and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Proven ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic computer literacy
- Flexibility to travel abroad as required
Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Ability to read pneumatics drawings
- Completed Mechanical Apprenticeship
Technologies:

- Pillar drills, deburring tools, grinding wheels
