Location: Gloucester

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm. After trainign it will be  Sunday to Thursday 10am – 6pm

Hourly Rate: £12.50ph

gap personnel Gloucester are acting as an employment business, gap personnel are currently looking for a Warehouse Administrator based in Gloucester

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating load plans
  • Dealing with deliveries and drivers, 
  • Answering calls and making sure that all traffic within yard is smooth and safe
  • Inputting all data into excelle spreadhseets in internal system 
  • Providing instructions to a small team of warehouse operatives
  • Problem solving and investigating issues.
  • Corresponding through the email about all delivery enquires
  • Assisting the department manager with administrative paperwork and IT work
  • Ensure internal communication of order information within the organisation.

The Candidate

  • Good attention to the details
  • Well organised 
  • Experience in a similar role is required
  • English language spoken fluently
  • Admin experience, ideally within a warehouse environment
  • An excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
