In line with their growth plans, they are looking for another Mortgage & Insurance Administrator to join our highly successful team. Ideally, this person will have experience within the industry.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Set up electronic mortgage file
  • Provide any requested documents to the lender
  • Liaise with other departments including the Insurance Team.
  • Maintaining ongoing and appropriate contact with mortgage lenders, solicitors and clients, recording all communications on the business CRM system.
  • Taking telephone calls as and when required.
  • Following successful completion, close down the electronic mortgage file.

Essential Skills

  • Preferably previous Financial Services experience
  • Able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Enthusiastic, with a positive mindset, who interacts well with colleagues and is proactive in taking responsibility to complete tasks
  • Always looking to find solutions
  • Good IT skills
  • Pays close attention to detail
  • Exceptional customer service skills
