Finance Assistant - part time, flexible hours

Working for a small, but rapidly growing company in the trades sector, this Finance Assistant will be able to work 18 hours on a flexible basis between (Apply online only), with the option to increase these hours as the role and company grow.
Preferably at least AAT level 2 qualified, you will be fully responsible for all day to day financial functions:
- Managing the delivery of payroll, in line with the payroll schedule
- Checking purchase orders against invoices and inputting onto the system
- Assisting with month-end
- Invoice payment
- Generating sales invoices and credit notes
- Associated administration
You will be familiar with Quickbooks, or similar, be able to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner and able to carry out a range of administrative duties, being happy to help out where needed in the small, very friendly office team.
Key skills are:
- High attention to detail
- Able to multi-task
- Excellent communication skills, both via telephone and in writing
- Willing to help where needed on administrative tasks
