My client, a highly regarded planning consultancy specialising in delivering expert planning, is looking for an enthusiastic Graduate Town Planner to join the team. They work on exciting projects across the UK and specialise in various sectors such as in strategic land promotion, residential and commercial development, and planning

The Position
As a Graduate Town Planner, you will:
- Assist in preparing planning applications and appeals.
- Undertake site assessments and research to support development proposals.
- Liaise with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders.
- Contribute to strategic land promotion and project planning.
- Develop your skills under the mentorship of experienced professionals and work towards RTPI Chartership.

Essential Criteria for the Graduate Town Planner
- Degree or higher in relevant subject.
- Understanding of the UK planning system
- A highly motivated commercial approach, with ability to work as part of a team and be a self-starter working on your own initiative.
- Have strong research, analytical skills, and reporting skills.
- Be proactive and professional individual.
