As a Conveyancing Fee Earner, you will provide expert legal services in residential conveyancing, with a particular focus on:
- Leasehold, new builds, Help to Buy, and shared ownership transactions.
- Advising and liaising with clients and referral partners on ongoing matters.
- Managing a caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Ensuring case files are well-organised and compliant with company standards.
- Networking and business development to help drive continuous workflow.
- Meeting fee targets in line with monthly and annual objectives.
- Attending team meetings and contributing to departmental growth.
The successful candidate will:
- Have at least 2 years of experience handling a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
- Possess strong technical expertise in leasehold, new builds, and shared ownership.
- Experience in lease extensions, deeds of variation, equity release, and small development set-ups is desirable.
- Have excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Be proactive, highly organised, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Be experienced in using case management systems and handling data efficiently.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
