Ideal Family Lawyers will be strong business developers and be actively encouraged to network, and business develop within the local market.THE CANDIDATE:You will either be a Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with at 1+ years PQE in handling your own caseload of privately funded family matters. Ideal Family Lawyers will have some experience of managing / mentoring a team and sound technical expertise in dealing with all types of family law matters. With a strong record in advising on the full spectrum of family law, you will be able to demonstrate good leadership skills along with the ambition and desire to lead and develop a team.
