Juice Cheltenham are delighted to be supporting an established and dynamic business who are seeking an recent qualified solicitor to join their friendly family law department.
DAY TO DAY:
- Meet clients, take instructions and provide preliminary advice
- Draft documents
- Attend Court (with or without Counsel)
- Time record and monthly bill
- Ability to use case management software, HMCTS and Legal Aid portals (training given)
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent IT skills
- Organised and self motivated
- Ability to deal with sensitive issues compassionately and professionally
Experience and Requirements:
- Previous experience within the family law sector is essential
- Experience of Divorce, Children Act, Financial Remedy, Cohabitee disputes, Pre-Nuptial/Post-Nuptial Agreement and Part IV Family Law Act is required
- Experience of handling caseloads in a fast paced environment
- CILAX 1-3 PQE qualified

Salary - £35,000.00-£55,878.00 per annum depending on experience
