Our client, a well-established law firm, is seeking an experienced NQ - 5 PQE Private Family Solicitor/CILEX to join their team in Gloucester. Position Overview

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering tailored legal solutions for individuals and families, focusing on various aspects of family law, including divorce, children act, financial remedy, and cohabitee disputes.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct client meetings and provide preliminary advice

  • Draft legal documents and attend court proceedings

  • Manage cases using relevant software and portals

  • Maintain accurate time records and generate monthly bills

  • Handle sensitive issues with professionalism and compassion

Requirements
  • Experience in family law (NQ - 5 PQE)
