We are seeking a Regulatory Solicitor experienced in Financial Services to join our established multi-office and highly regarded solicitors firm client based in Gloucestershire or if required by a suitable candidate one of their other offices nationally. Dealing with an existing client base of business and personal finance clients.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Provide expertise to clients.in Financial Services Regulatory Law.
- Advise on Financial Services Regulatory Law.
- Show knowledge on issues within Financial Services Regulatory Law. ideally including all or a proportion of the following or transferrable Commercial and Transactional projects experience both nationally and internationally ideally on the contentious and non-contentious sides.
- Ability to work well with colleagues and maintain and build client relationships
- Strong technical abilities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Senior Solicitor, Associate Solicitor
- Solid law firm background
- Mid-level to Senior PQE.
- Financial Services Regulatory Law experience
- Strong technical ability.
- Managing Cases.
- Strong client relationship skills.
