TSR Legal are pleased to be working with an award-winning, niche law firm specialising in equity release, this organisation is known for its dedicated team and commitment to providing exceptional service to clients. Operating nationally, they deliver independent expert legal advice to clients looking to release equity from their homes.

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a dynamic and collaborative team. This role is ideal for a passionate, self-motivated individual eager to contribute to the continued success of the business.

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while providing technical legal guidance and supervision across transactional teams. Ensuring compliance with trade body standards and SRA regulations is key.

Strong client and introducer relationship skills are essential, as maintaining high levels of professionalism and service is a core expectation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse caseload of residential conveyancing work.
  • Provide technical legal advice and support to transactional teams.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and introducers.

Experience and Skills Required

  • Experience:
    • 2-3 years PQE managing residential conveyancing cases.
    • Expertise in a range of conveyancing matters, including: Sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions, Leasehold and lease extension work, SDLT requirements and relevant exemptions, Equity release (advantageous but not essential) and Unregistered property transactions.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent interpersonal and written communication.
    • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
    • Proactive and able to work independently under pressure.
    • Energetic, motivated, and capable of inspiring others.
  • Qualifications:
    • Qualified Solicitor.
