Residential Conveyancer , Gloucester

My client is a well respected multi-service firm who are looking to strengthen their Conveyancing team with the appointment of an experienced qualified solicitor, legal executive or licensed conveyancer.

You can expect to find a mixed caseload of conveyancing matters, including traditional Sales and Purchase,  Freehold, Leasehold, New Builds, Development, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership, Lease Extensions, Deeds of Variation, Equity release and  You may be expected to get involved with gentle marketing, networking and business development.

With upwards of 2 years PQE you should be self-motivated and able to handle your own administration and be aware of high standards of compliance and of client relationship management.
