Academics Ltd. is currently recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Mentor to work within a welcoming secondary school in Bradley Stoke. As a Behaviour Mentor, you will play a key role in guiding students, both one-to-one and in small groups, to manage their behaviour and engage positively with learning.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver targeted behavioural interventions as a Behaviour Mentor.

Work collaboratively with teaching staff to support classroom behaviour.

Provide consistent encouragement and mentorship to students

Monitor student progress and adapt approaches as a Behaviour Mentor

Help foster a respectful, inclusive learning environment in Bradley Stoke
