Juice Recruitment is delighted to be supporting a leading company in their search for a Legal Assistants which can be based in there Stroud or Cirencester office.

DAY TO DAY:

  • Handling incoming calls and other communications, responding to queries promptly
  • Preparing, receiving and verifying new client care park electronically, working closely with Solicitors and Fee Earners to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Verification of identification and source of funds for all new clients.
  • Drafting and issuing Contract Packs.
  • Obtaining redemption statements.
  • Dealing with pre-contact enquiries on sale files under the direct supervision of a Fee Earner.
  • Preparing pre-completion paperwork, including invoices and Statements of Accounts.
  • Updating the case management system with all relevant information
  • Complete tasks assigned by Fee Earner or other team members to ensure a smooth and swift service to clients.
  • Working with third party stakeholders to develop business relationships by providing excellent customer service.

WE WOULD LOVE TO SEE:

  • A recent legal graduate is desirable
  • Previous legal office experience is essential - ideally 6 months+
  • A keen interest in property law is essential
  • Great attention to detail with a positive and can do attitude

Salary - £22,500 per annum OTE £27,000 per annum
