Our client, a leading independent Estate Agency in Gloucestershire, is seeking an employed Mortgage Advisor for their branch.
The position offers a basic salary of up to £30,000 with a tiered commission structure ranging from 25% to 45%, providing excellent earning potential.
Candidates must be CeMAP qualified, hold CAS status, and have at least 1 year of experience in a mortgage and protection role.
Responsibilities include advising customers on mortgage options, ensuring a smooth application process, and collaborating with the admin team.
The role also involves contributing to the innovation of mortgage advice technology by testing new ideas and processes.

Our client is a highly rated independent Estate Agency based in Gloucestershire, and they're looking to take on another employed Mortgage Advisor based out of one of their branches. They're offering an impressive commission structure (25-45%), so the earning potential is great!

Mortgage Advisor Responsibilities;

Advise customers on their whole of market mortgage options, using their unique in-house software.
Ensure customers are fully informed throughout the process.
Work alongside an impression admin department to ensure the mortgage application is smooth for the customer.
Help the team continue to innovate outstanding mortgage advice technology by trialling new ideas and processes.

Experience needed to become a Mortgage Advisor;

CeMAP qualified and CAS status
At least 1 years’ experience in a mortgage and protection role
