We are excited to offer an exceptional opportunity for a Supply Planner on behalf of a dynamic business in Gloucester. This role is ideal for someone with a background in supply planning, and experience of working in the FMCG industry, who is eager to progress and make a significant impact within the organisation.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage the entire supply planning process and facilitate key operational meetings.
  • Generate and analyse reports, preparing materials for strategic discussions.
  • Collaborate closely with demand planners and commercial managers to review performance indicators and address any supply constraints.
  • Ensure the accuracy of data within the supply chain network.
  • Handle daily operational queries and support with troubleshooting.
  • Review forecasts regularly to manage risks and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Monitor stock levels and manage KPIs to propose actions for enhancement.
  • Address challenges related to slow-moving and obsolete materials.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experienced in using SAP and adept at resolving issues.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effective dialogue both in writing and verbally.
  • A background in FMCG and supply chain planning is preferred.
