Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a fantastic client in their search for a Warehouse and Inventory Manager, based in Gloucester.

This role will be an integral part of the Logistics and Inventory function, overseeing all warehouse operations to ensure the warehouse runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, and shipping products, optimising the layout for efficient space utilisation
  • Lead, train and assign tasks to warehouse personnel to ensure productivity and adherence to protocols and monitor performance in line with Company procedures. Monitor and manage warehouse supplies, ensuring the availability of necessary tools and equipment to comply with H&S regulations
  • Conduct regular safety audits and training sessions
  • Oversee the accurate recording’ labelling and storage of all incoming inventory and correct processes for outgoing inventory
  • Organise and conduct quarterly physical inventory counts, produce reports, analyse the data, identify and remedy errors to ensure full reconciliation with salesforce
  • Manage inventory by working with Department Leads to identify aging stock
  • Produce monthly reports for review and agree solutions to reduce.
  • Support the Head of Logistics and Inventory to develop KPIs that will add value for the business
  • Prepare monthly reports to support performance, to include inventory levels, warehouse productivity, and other agreed key metrics
  • Work closely with other departments to streamline processes and enhance overall operational efficiency
  • Support the Head of Logistics & Inventory by continual development and enhancement of inventory control procedures

Experience/Skills Required:

  • Handling/storing/packing high value/delicate equipment
  • Managing and motivating teams
  • Inventory management
  • Devising reports and analysing data
  • Experience In collections/deliveries and safe and secure loading and storage of goods
  • International shipping experience
