What You'll Do:- Oversee Operations: Manage daily warehouse activities to ensure they align with business goals and standards.
- Lead & Motivate: Inspire and guide your team, fostering a culture of productivity and respect.
- Enhance Efficiency: Implement strategies to reduce wastage and boost operational efficiency.
- Collaborate: Work with other departments to ensure seamless integration of warehouse activities.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Safety First: Develop and enforce safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Continuous Improvement: Analyse performance and implement necessary improvements.
- Experience: Proven track record as a Warehouse Manager or similar role in manufacturing, ideally within the food industry.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage middle-management tasks effectively.
- Organisational Skills: Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Tech-Savvy: Knowledge of warehouse software applications and databases.
- Pressure Handling: Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking.
