In this role, the successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of gas forklifts ranging from 2T to 40T, as well as responding to breakdowns and ensuring timely repairs. You'll also assist the Workshop Manager with other transport maintenance and help keep the workshop clean, well-organized, and fully stocked.
The ideal Maintenance Engineer is an experienced, detail-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. They are a team player with excellent problem-solving skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced workshop environment.
The Role:
- Maintaining a fleet of gas forklifts ranging from 2T to 40T
- Responding to breakdowns
- Assisting the Workshop Manager and maintaining other transport when needed
- Ensuring a clean and well-stocked workshop
The Person:
- Experience in forklift or plant maintenance and servicing.
- Flexibility and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Full driving license required.
