- £35,000 to £40,000 salary guide + pension + life assurance + private medical cover + 26 days holiday & all bank holidays.

Your background as a Manufacturing Engineer:
- Your background could be very varied the role would suit a candidate with a manufacturing engineering, process engineering, or mechanical engineering background who is interested in how products and materials are manufactured.
- Specific industry experience is not massively important but an interest in working on the development of products for automotive, specialist vehicle, aerospace, defence, marine or similar applications would be beneficial.
- You will hold a relevant qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, process engineering or similar engineering discipline.
- You must be eligible for UK Defence Security Clearance for this role.
Manufacturing Engineer responsibilities:
- You will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of product development and manufacturing projects, troubleshooting manufacturing issues to ensure a consistent & optimised process.
- Meet the highest demands required by their customers operating within the automotive, motorsport, aerospace, marine, defence, and medical industry sectors, by ensuring processes are effective, stable & predictable.
- Demonstrate a proactive manner with the ability to prioritise and support multiple projects simultaneously. to ensure the smooth integration of new products into the manufacturing process.
- Work closely with the production team to investigate and uncover the root causes of failures and implement effective solutions.
- Support the development and optimisation of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Evaluate industry trends and emerging technologies in manufacturing to drive innovation.
