This is a brand-new permanent vacancy due to growth and this company can offer impressive career development opportunities! Working from their bright and modern offices you will be based within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.

As a Contract Administrator, you’ll play a key role in managing client interactions and supporting field engineers, ensuring the seamless delivery of services.

Responsibilities:

Quote Management:

- Identify quotes from engineers’ paperwork and action accordingly.

- Collaborate with field engineers to gather all necessary information.

- Administer quotes efficiently and liaise with clients to facilitate approvals.

Client CRM Management:

- Use the client’s CRM system effectively to extract, update, and manage key information.

Documentation Accuracy:

- Ensure all documentation is precise and up to date, demonstrating excellent attention to detail.

Invoice Preparation:

- Coordinate invoicing by assembling client-specific spreadsheets.

- Confirm all forms are completed accurately and submitted on time.

Team Collaboration:

- Support colleagues and management as needed to meet team goals.

- Ensure all aspects of the contract are invoiced accurately.

Whilst previous office experience is a bonus it’s not essential. Our client is very happy to consider candidates who are keen and willing with the desire to grow within an administrative role.
