They have offices in Gloucestershire & Worcestershire and currently have a brand new requirement for a full time Lettings Administrator to join their talented team in their Gloucester branch.

As Lettings Administrator your responsibilities will include:
-Managing property listings, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurately presented across all platforms
-Coordinating property viewings and inspections, liaising between prospective tenants, lettings agents and landlords
-Handling incoming inquiries via phone, email and in-person, providing prompt and informative responses
-Assisting in the preparation of legal documents and tenancy agreements
-Maintaining organised records of all properties, transactions, and client communications
-Supporting the lettings team in administrative tasks, including diary management and meeting coordination
Hours: Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 - 17:30 (1 hour lunch break), flexible working hours can be discussed for the right person
Salary: Up to £26k per annum depending on experience
