Our client based in Quedgeley is a national business with staff geographically spread across the UK and Northern Ireland. They are currently seeking a permanent Operations Administrator to join their growing and dynamic team. As an Operations Administrator, you will undertake a variety of administration tasks and communicate with all areas of the business, to ensure work is prioritised correctly and carried out effectively.

Responsibilities:

-Manage Technicians diaries, allocating time, organising equipment and parts

-Plan and organise works accordingly

-Check and approve sales surveyor reports and pricing documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and technical compliance

-Develop good understanding of client’s business and develop close working relationship with clients, technicians, and area managers to assist with enquiries

-Ensure that all job activity is fully recorded

-Maintain exceptional levels of customer service and customer care standards

-Keep stakeholders informed of timelines, deadlines and any changes

-Build strong working relationships, to work collaboratively

-General administration duties

Candidate Attributes:

- Good geographical knowledge of the UK.

- Excellent interpersonal skills.

- Good organisational skills and an ability to prioritise with a "can do" attitude.

- Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

Flexible Working -

Working hours are 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
