Working from their bright and modern offices you will be based within a supportive team assisting with scheduling work and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided.

Responsibilities:

- Scheduling work diaries and book in customer appointments.

- Responding to all incoming calls and emails.

- Receiving all relevant information in relation to repairs and processing/redirecting this to the relevant person.

- Ordering parts and items identified by the engineering teams.

- General administration tasks and providing support to the team.

Whilst previous office experience is a bonus it’s not essential. Our client is very happy to consider candidates who are keen and willing with the desire to grow within an administrative role.
