Team Administrator

My client is seeking a team administrator/coordinator/scheduler to join their team. This is working in a varied, fast paced role, where you will play a crucial role within the organization. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
  • Respond to customer calls/emails and confirm appointments
  • Update the system and records
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues as they arise
  • General admin support for the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Administration experience, scheduling experience is desirable
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills - will ability to prioritis
  • Good attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills

 The salary is up to £24,250 DOE
