Team Coordinator/Scheduling administrator

£24,000 Depending on experience

My client is seeking a team coordinator/scheduling administrator/scheduler to join their team. This is working in a varied, fast paced role, where you will play a crucial role within the organization. Hours are Monday – Friday 8am-5pm.

Responsibilities of the role:

  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and diaries
  • Communicate with team members and clients to schedule and confirm appointments
  • Respond to customer calls and emails
  • Update the system and records
  • Collaborate with other staff to optimise scheduling processes
  • Resolve scheduling conflicts and issues as they arise
  • General admin support for the team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Administration experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience with scheduling is desirable
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Strong IT skills
