ITS Construction is currently recruiting an experienced Residential Assistant Site Manager to join a reputable team working on housing association projects. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily management of residential construction sites, ensuring smooth operations and timely project completion.

  • Supervise subcontractors and ensure all work meets high standards, in line with project specifications.

  • Enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.

  • Liaise with clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.

  • Coordinate site resources (materials and equipment) to maintain efficient workflow.

  • Maintain accurate documentation of site activities, including site diaries and progress reports.

  • Assist with quality control inspections and snagging.

  • Support the Site Manager in managing project budgets and controlling costs.

  • Ensure compliance with NHBC standards and guidelines.

Essential Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as an Assistant Site Manager, preferably with a housing association or spec builder.

  • Strong knowledge of NHBC standards and experience working with them.

  • Experience managing housing association projects.

  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.

  • Proven ability to manage subcontractors and work with stakeholders.

  • Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations.

  • SMSTS

  • First Aid qualification (preferred).

  • Valid CSCS card.

  • NVQ Level 6
